BIM textile rental service and industrial hygiene GmbH practises the porduction, textile cleaning and recycling of industrial cleaning clothes with clear principles and with ahigh, self-imposed environmental protection standard as well as entrepreneurial vision because the disposal of non- returnable cleaning clothes gets more and more expensive and is not very environmetally-friendly. Vision brought us to the decision to built up a new weaving mill to expand the service offering of employers and to bridge a gap in the market because there already weren‘t any certified weaving mills for cleaning clothes all over Germany in the beginning of the 90’s anymore. The industrial cleaning clothes of BIM correspond in size DIN 61651 and are offered for use as oil absorbent cloth or mat (BIM Base) in three qualities: for engineering, automotive sector and printing press (BIM Basic), for fine mechanics (BIM Tex), and for optics and micro electronics (BIM Micro). A special feature of BIM Basic cloth is a Oeko- Tex Standard 100. As in the past cleaning clothes had tob e disposed as hazardous waste because of contained oil, grease and paint constituent parts, today BIM even cleans those industrial cleaning clothes effluent-free. In our modern, electronic controlled washer industrial waste water will be recirculated after several stages of processing.
